Bet Confirmation

• If you suspect a bet was submitted twice due to a network issue, please check your account's bet history.

Odds Changes

• In live betting, odds can change at any moment. The odds applicable at the time your bet is confirmed will be the ones used for settlement.
• For pre-match bets, odds may change up until the match begins, but the odds on your placed bet will remain unchanged.

Bet Cancellation & Void

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the full stake will be refunded.
• BingoPlus reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If a betting opportunity arises from odds adjusted after an event has occurred ("arbitrage"), BingoPlus reserves the right to void that bet.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are reflected in your account balance almost instantly — typically within 1 to 5 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your name. Deposits made through a third party may not be accepted.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• BingoPlus reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

Welcome Bonus

• New members get a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• A minimum 5x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn (i.e., you must wager 5 times the bonus amount).
• The welcome bonus can only be used once.

General Bonus Rules

• Bets placed using bonuses must have minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Withdrawing from your main balance while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus vouchers or codes must be used within the specified validity period.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair environment on BingoPlus. Any of the following will result in immediate account closure.

• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using arbitrage betting or "guaranteed profit" strategies.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.

• Threatening or harassing other users.

BingoPlus reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account under any of the following circumstances.

• Violation of our terms and conditions.

• The account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• You have requested to close your account.
• If a self-exclusion request has been submitted.

You will be notified by email or SMS before your account is closed, unless immediate closure is required for security reasons. If a valid balance remains, a refund process will be initiated.
